The contractor will be responsible for supplying all equipment, transportation, personnel, tools, and supervision to complete the work. Government-supplied materials, such as bentonite, float valves, and screening, will be available for pickup at the LaGrande Ranger District. Some sites may require hand tools and ATVs/UTVs due to limited accessibility for a mini excavator. Contractor pick up at 3502 Hwy 30, La Grande OR 97850

8) Would the contractor have some flexibility start work later in the year based on their schedule or is the project start date of June 1, 2024, a firm hard-set date?

It’s a two-year performance period so a June 1 start date is irrelevant to compleng the work.
