Section B 23 Section B.5 (h)(1)(ii) Forklift Certification Is there a timeframe associated for the Parts Clerk to obtain a forklift certification? Is it required at contract award?

Section C

Section C.1 (f)

Base Closure Impacts

Excusable delays are discussed. What is the USG intent should there be a Base closure and employees are notified by the USG not to come into work?

As examples, base closure due to unusally severe weather, delays of common carriers, floods, epidemics, etc. The SCA covers Holidays, but not any of these types of instances. Will the contractor be paid for these days or are we to take this into account as we develop our labor hour rates? History indicates the Redmond, Oregon Base has been closed by the USG multiple times during the conduct of the current contract.

05/06/2024 – The vendor is not paid for goods & services not received.

Past weather closures have averaged 1-3 days.
