The document outlines the mandatory disclosure requirements under Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code, effective January 1, 2006, which requires vendors and persons considering business relationships with local governmental entities to complete and file a Form CIQ questionnaire if they have any affiliation or business relationship that might create a conflict of interest. The document includes a current list of local government officers as of April 24, 2026, including the Mayor, six City Council members, City Manager, and five officers and the Executive Director of the City of San Angelo Development Corporation.
