The District will provide a sales tax exemption form upon request. For quote totals exceeding $25,000, MWBE compliance narratives are encouraged but not mandatory, with optional documentation upload available. The procurement is structured as a competitive bid with award based on lowest price, and the District reserves the right to split awards among multiple vendors or consolidate with single vendors.
