About this file
This document is an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) for a construction/renovation project to modernize an elevator in Building 200. The ICRA classifies the project into one of four risk groups (I-IV) based on the construction activity type (A-D) and the patient care area (Groups 1-4). The required contractor actions are then detailed for each project class, including dust control, containment, negative air pressure, HEPA vacuuming, and coordination with Infection Control and Environmental Management Service (EMS) staff.
The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation Number 36C25224B0007 for the Z1DA-578-24-007 CON Modernize Elevator in Building 200 project, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration. The solicitation likely contains additional details on the contract requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
