RFP 10TCA-S2965
DATA AGGREGATOR SERVICES
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Please clarify the economic data.
There is no set economic data that we have in mind, but some things that we have in mind are employment data in the leisure and hospitality sector, tax data (such as sales taxes, live entertainment taxes, etc.), gaming data, data on consumer finances such as disposable income, and things of that nature.
2. Can you please provide data set sample(s) and indicate if this data is available via API?
I’m not 100% what this question is in reference to, but it will be up to the proposing vendor to connect their system to any data that will come into the platform, including whether that system has an API.
3. How many unique annual website visitors?
In the last 12 months our website has had 3.2 million users
4. Section 3.3.4.B. How many annual planned impressions do you estimate?
It will depend on what paid media we have that allows pixels to be placed on advertisements. I would estimate around 15 million impressions on the low end and 60 million on the high end.
5. Lodging Data: 1. Who are your current providers for short term rental and hotel data? 2. When do these contract periods end? 3. Can you please provide a sample of monthly, weekly & daily reports?
1. We currently subscribe to AirDNA for short term rental data. For hotel data, we do not subscribe to any providers currently because they do not do a great job of capturing casino-hotel data. Rather, we get reporting from the LVCVA for hotel data in Clark County, the RSCVA for hotel data in Washoe County, and we do our own surveying of properties in the remaining 15 counties.
2. Our agreement with AirDNA expires in March 2025
3. LVCVA reporting: https://www.lvcva.com/research/reports/post/lvcva-executive-summary-of-southern-nevada-tourism-indicators/ RSCVA reporting (under Room Tax and Occupancy Statistics): https://www.rscva.com/impact/finance/
6. For privately held companies, is a statement of financial health and capacity to fulfill the contract from a CPA sufficient in place of P&L and balance statement?
The statement should be sufficient.
