The City of Fort Worth is soliciting proposals for grass seed, sod, and installation services on an "as needed" basis for the Water Department. The City of Goodyear's Public Works Department is soliciting bids for Well and Booster Pump Equipment Maintenance Services (IFB 26-0036) to provide routine annual maintenance and emergency on-call support for 22 well and booster site facilities. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM Arizona Time, with bids due November 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM Arizona Time. The initial contract term commences from the date of award with options to renew for four additional one-year periods, not to exceed five years total.

Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of municipal well and pump maintenance experience, with capability to respond to routine service requests within 72 hours and emergency calls within 24 hours. Bidders must submit detailed fee schedules including hourly rates for equipment, field and shop labor, and percentage markup on materials, along with comprehensive references and project team information. A one-year warranty on parts and labor is required. All vendors must complete the W-9 form providing taxpayer identification numbers and the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire disclosing any business relationships with local government officers or their family members. Contractors must maintain appropriate licensing and provide comprehensive insurance coverage. No specific budget ranges or set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are stated in the available documentation. Evaluation will likely be based on technical capability, experience, responsiveness, and competitive pricing.
