About this file

This is a cost proposal submission form for Professional Chauffeured Transportation Services issued by the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) as part of a broader chartered transportation services solicitation. The proposal requests pricing for three vehicle categories: SUVs accommodating up to three passengers, sedans accommodating up to six passengers, and vans accommodating up to thirteen passengers. Vendors must provide itemized rate information separated into base fares, per-mile charges, service fees, and fuel costs, with fuel costs explicitly prohibited from being embedded in base rates. The initial contract period is one year with four optional one-year renewal terms. The proposal evaluation includes five specific pricing scenarios originating from UTD's campus at 800 West Campbell Road in Richardson, Texas, with destinations including Dallas Love Field (16 miles), Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (25 miles), Downtown Dallas (19 miles), Downtown Arlington (38 miles), and Downtown Fort Worth (48 miles).

Vendors must clearly separate all pricing components and provide total one-way fares for each scenario, which will be used for evaluation purposes. The proposal requires vendors to specify advance notice requirements for scheduling, customer service hours of operation, website URL, and primary contact information for quote requests. Additional optional rate card information may include vehicle charges, toll fees, airport fees, early payment discounts, round-trip discounts or fees, and long-distance fees for intercity and interstate travel. Vendors must submit itemized breakdowns of all associated fees with their total cost calculations. The proposal document does not specify submission deadlines, award dates, or whether set-asides or incumbent considerations apply to this particular category of the broader transportation services contract opportunity.
