About this file

The document is a set of procurement portal instructions for the City of Charlotte, detailing the process for submitting solicitation questions and bid responses through the Bonfire electronic procurement platform. Vendors must submit all questions and bid submissions electronically via https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com, with a strong recommendation to begin the upload process at least a week before the project's posted deadline to ensure timely submission.

Technical requirements for submission include using compatible web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox) with JavaScript and browser cookies enabled. Vendors experiencing technical difficulties can access support through Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, contact Support@GoBonfire.com, or call 1-800-354-8010. A five-minute training video is also available to assist vendors with registration and submission processes.
