About this file

This is a Proprietary Information disclosure form from the City of Arlington's Office of Procurement related to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Design of the Public Works South Field Operations Facility. The document establishes the framework for handling proprietary information submitted by vendors in response to this solicitation. All material submitted to the City becomes public property and subject to the Texas Public Information Act upon receipt. Vendors seeking to protect proprietary information must identify each page number in the submission, clearly mark pages with the word "PROPRIETARY" in all caps highlighted in yellow at the bottom center of each page at the time of submittal. The City will endeavor to protect such information from disclosure to the extent allowed by law, though the final decision regarding disclosure rests with the Texas Attorney General. Failure to properly identify and mark proprietary information will result in all unmarked sections being deemed non-proprietary and available upon public request.

Pricing information may not be marked proprietary and will be made publicly available in the form of a bid/proposal tab following review of all submissions. By submitting a response to this RFQ, vendors agree that pricing is not proprietary and may be released. The document references sections for Proposer's Qualification Questionnaire and Documents Required for Proposals to be Considered Responsive but does not provide substantive details regarding bid amounts, funding sources, award timelines, or contract terms within this particular form.
