About this file

This document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form from the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their bid pricing and submission process have been conducted independently and without collusion, consultation, or agreement with other bidders or competitors.

The certification requires bidders to affirm three key points: 1) bid prices were determined independently without attempting to restrict competition, 2) bid prices have not been and will not be disclosed to other bidders or competitors prior to bid opening, and 3) no attempts have been made to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids. The document explicitly states that collusive bidding practices are a crime and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The form includes signature lines for the legal name of the proposer, a corporate officer, their title, and printed name, with a last update date of 8/23.
