About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their bid prices have been developed independently, without collusion, consultation, or communication with other bidders or competitors.
The certification mandates that bidders affirm they have not knowingly disclosed bid prices to other parties, have not attempted to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids, and understand that collusive bidding practices are a criminal offense that will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The document provides signature lines for a corporate officer to complete, including spaces for the legal name of the proposer, corporate title, and printed name, with the form last updated in August 2023.
