The contract will operate under an annual autorenewal format, requiring either party to provide written termination notice at least 30 days prior to the contract term end date if non-renewal is desired.
Suppliers must submit responses using the specified exhibits, with evaluation based on best-value criteria encompassing an executive summary, technical response, mandatory specifications, pricing, references and past performance, and third-party supplier information. Bidders must provide market basket pricing with list price, discount percentage, final price after discount, SKU, and product descriptions. The supplier assumes return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect materials, while user-error returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days with users potentially bearing return costs. Suppliers must notify users of back-orders or supply shortages within three business days and propose alternatives when possible. Any work involving sensitive data access requires execution of IT Terms amendments, successful completion of an OMES IS Security Assessment, and Authority to Operate authorization.
