About this file
This is a Construction Documentation specification section (01 32 00) outlining mandatory requirements for contractors and A/E design firms awarded work at VISN 2 VA facilities. All selected contractors must utilize the Autodesk Build Construction Cloud (ACC) platform as the official project management and collaboration system at no cost to the contractor, with access and training provided by VISN 2 through the project Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Contractors must request platform access within 14 days of contract award and submit a written access request listing all staff requiring authorization, including full name, company name, email address, and role/position. Upon access grant, all designated staff must complete required ACC training through the ProductivityNOW eLearning portal within 12 calendar days and submit certificates of completion to the COR within 2 business days thereafter. The platform access request window expires after 12 calendar days, and additional staff or subcontractors may be added at any time through subsequent requests to the COR. All official project correspondence and documentation—including RFIs, submittals, schedules, shutdown requests, actionable tasks, reports, testing, safety inspections, photos, and site surveys—must be submitted exclusively through the ACC platform. Contractors must notify the COR of any personnel changes within 2 business days. Failure to comply with ACC platform requirements and training will prevent work commencement, and no contract time extensions or cost increases will be granted for non-compliance. Any correspondence conducted outside the platform will not serve as governing authority and will be at the contractor's expense.
