Project Background Needs at the ODOT Cascade Locks MS have led staff to request separate offices for the site manager and the assistant manager. That said, the selected location for the assistant manager’s office is the data room on the first floor of the shop building.
Additionally, some office doors require sound attenuation given their proximity to areas where noisy maintenance activities are performed in the MS building.
This project also represents an opportunity to address an exterior deficiency at the Maintenance Station, where some exterior wall-mounted lights have turned fogged over time and are recommended for replacement with LED fixtures.
