GovTribe

Account

Manage your GovTribe plan, payment method, users, invitations, and account invoices.

Click Account, or open GovTribe, open the user menu, and click Account.

Only the account owner can change account settings. If you are not the account owner, GovTribe shows who manages the account and gives you their email address so you can contact them for account changes.

Current Plan

Current Plan shows the active GovTribe plan for the account.

ItemWhat it tells you
StatusThe account's subscription status, such as active, free trial, grace period, cancelled, or expired.
Plan nameThe current GovTribe plan. Legacy plans are labeled when the plan is no longer an active public plan.
Billing intervalHow the plan is billed.
Renewal or cancellation dateActive plans can show the automatic renewal date. Cancelled or grace-period plans can show the date the subscription will cancel or expire.

When your account can modify its own plan, Change opens the plan-selection view. Use the Federal Only and Federal + State and Local toggle to compare available plan families, then choose a plan card. GovTribe may label the button as Buy, Upgrade, Downgrade, Reactivate, or Current Plan depending on your current subscription.

Some plan changes need more review before GovTribe can apply them. For example, moving to a lower plan can be blocked when the account is already over the selected plan's user, saved-search, active-pursuit, or integration limits. When that happens, GovTribe shows a Not Available dialog with the reason and the change needed before the plan can be selected.

Some accounts cannot change plans directly from the page. Enterprise, Scale, and some legacy accounts can show Contact Sales to modify your plan instead of the plan-selection controls. Use the Contact Sales form for help expanding or changing that kind of plan.

Plan changes take effect right away for plan-controlled limits such as users, exports, and other plan features.

For renewal notices, cancellation dates, reactivation, invoice questions, and legacy-plan limitations, see Manage renewals, cancellations, and invoices.

Payment Information

Payment Information shows the credit card on file for future GovTribe charges. When a card is present, GovTribe shows the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date. When no card is saved, the section shows Not Provided.

Use Update to open Update Payment Information and enter a new credit card. After the update succeeds, GovTribe uses the new payment information for future charges.

Payment information is also important for credit-based usage. Credits and usage billing are managed from Credits, but keeping a valid payment method on file helps paid accounts buy credit packs, use auto-refill, and continue usage-based workflows without payment interruptions.

Payment information and invoices do not show on free-trial accounts until the account moves to a paid subscription.

Manage Users

Manage Users lists the users connected to your account and shows how many users your current plan allows.

The note at the top compares your plan limit with the current number of account users. If your account is under the limit, it shows how many more users you can add. If the account is at the limit, GovTribe asks you to change your plan or remove existing users before inviting more users.

For the full invite, resend, removal, and troubleshooting workflow, see Manage GovTribe users and invites.

Invite a user

Use User to open Invite User to GovTribe. Enter the person's name and email address, then choose Send Invite. GovTribe sends an email with instructions to finish setting up the invited user's account.

An invited user appears in the user list with a Pending badge until they accept the invite and set a password. Standard account invite links expire after 14 days, so use Resend Invite on a pending user when they need a new invite email. After you resend an invite during the current page session, the button changes to Invite Resent.

Remove a user

Use Remove next to a user to open the remove-user confirmation dialog. Confirming removes that user's access to the account and the account workspace.

The account owner cannot be removed from this table. GovTribe shows Account Owner instead of a remove action for the owner row.

When a user is removed, GovTribe also removes that user's workspace notification settings. If the removed user owns published workflows in the account, GovTribe pauses those workflows.

Account Invoices

Account Invoices lists paid account invoices for non-trial accounts. Use it when you need billing history, invoice PDFs, receipts, or the billing period connected to a charge.

ColumnWhat it provides
AmountThe invoice total.
CreatedThe date the invoice was created. This column can be sorted.
Period StartThe start of the billing period covered by the invoice.
Period EndThe end of the billing period covered by the invoice.
InvoiceA Download link when an invoice PDF is available.
ReceiptA View link when a payment receipt is available.

If the table has no paid invoices to show, GovTribe displays No Invoices.
