GovTribe

Integrations

Connect GovTribe to federal contract vehicle opportunities, Zapier, Unanet CRM, and Slack from the Integrations page.

Click Integrations, or open GovTribe, open the user menu, and click Integrations.

Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta

Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta lets your team find and track task order opportunities posted on major federal contract vehicles. GovTribe receives the opportunity notices you authorize through GSA eBuy, then surfaces them in GovTribe alongside your other opportunity data.

Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta is available to accounts where the feature is enabled. For the current public plan set, that means Growth, Growth Plus, and Scale, though account-specific settings can differ.

Set up eBuy before requesting access

Each GovTribe account has a generated mailbox at clover.govtribe.com shown on the Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta card. The mailbox address has the form {account_id}@clover.govtribe.com, where {account_id} is your account's unique GovTribe account ID. Use the exact address shown on the card.

Add the mailbox to all eBuy categories

Before requesting access, add {account_id}@clover.govtribe.com to ALL of your categories in GSA eBuy. GovTribe can only receive the opportunity notices that your eBuy categories authorize.

Request access

The Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta card changes based on whether the feature is enabled for the account and your role on the account.

StateWhat you see
Feature enabled for the accountRequest Access
Feature not enabled, account ownerA note that this feature is available on Growth or Scale plans, and Change Plan
Feature not enabled, not the account ownerA note that this feature is available on Growth or Scale plans, and Email Account Owner

Clicking Request Access sends a request to the GovTribe team to enable Federal Contract Vehicle Opportunities Beta for your account, then shows a confirmation message alongside the other Integrations alerts. The GovTribe team will reach out once your account is set up. Access is not enabled automatically when the request is sent.

If you are the account owner and the feature is not enabled for your account, Change Plan opens your account page so you can review available plan options before requesting access. If you are not the account owner, Email Account Owner opens a pre-filled email that asks the owner to move the account to Growth or Scale and add the eBuy mailbox.

Zapier

Zapier connects GovTribe to other apps so your team can build automations with GovTribe data. Use it when you want GovTribe triggers and actions to send saved-search results, contacts, capture records, or other supported GovTribe resources into the rest of your workflow.

The Zapier card checks whether Zapier currently has active OAuth access for your GovTribe user.

ConnectedRemove Access

Clicking Connect to Zapier opens the GovTribe app page on Zapier in a new browser tab. From there, Zapier handles the connection and authorization steps. After Zapier has access, returning to the Integrations page refreshes the card status and shows Remove Access.

Use Remove Access when you want to revoke Zapier's access to your GovTribe user account. GovTribe revokes the active Zapier access and refresh tokens for your user. You can reconnect later from the same card.

For the triggers, actions, and resource fields available to Zapier, see Zapier.

Unanet CRM Beta

Unanet CRM Beta connects GovTribe opportunity workflows with Unanet CRM. When the integration is active, GovTribe can show Unanet CRM actions such as adding eligible federal opportunities to Unanet CRM, viewing an existing Unanet lead, and sending saved-search results to Unanet CRM.

Clicking Activate Unanet opens Activate Unanet Integration. Enter your Unanet Firm ID, then choose OK.

GovTribe saves the Firm ID, marks the integration as pending, records who requested it, and sends email notifications to the requester and to the GovTribe/Unanet customer-success team. The card then shows a pending status with the request date and requester.

Unanet CRM Beta requires Unanet involvement before it becomes active. The activation dialog tells you to contact your Unanet Customer Success Manager or email csm@unanet.com if you have not already started that process. After Unanet provides the required integration details and GovTribe completes setup, the card changes from pending to activated and shows the activation date and user.

When the integration is pending or active, the card shows Remove Unanet. Removing the integration clears the Unanet Firm ID and connection details from the account, records the removal date, and sends removal notifications.

Slack

Slack connects GovTribe capture activity to a Slack workspace and channel. Use it when your team wants pipeline and pursuit updates to appear in Slack as activity happens in GovTribe.

When Slack is not active, the card shows Add to Slack. Clicking it sends you to Slack's authorization prompt. Slack asks you to approve the GovTribe app and choose the Slack workspace and incoming-webhook channel.

After Slack returns to GovTribe, GovTribe stores the Slack connection on the account and redirects back to Integrations. A success alert says the Slack integration is active and that capture activity will appear in your Slack workspace.

When Slack is active, the card shows Active and provides:

ControlWhat it opens
Configure in SlackSlack's configuration page for the GovTribe app connection.
Channel linkThe Slack channel connected to GovTribe.

If the GovTribe app is uninstalled from Slack, GovTribe receives the Slack uninstall event and clears the stored Slack connection from the account.

Troubleshoot Slack

If Add to Slack does not complete, confirm that you are signed in to the Slack workspace where GovTribe should post and that your Slack account has permission to add apps or incoming webhooks. If Slack requires administrator approval, complete that approval in Slack before trying again from GovTribe.

If Slack is active but messages are not appearing:

  • Open Configure in Slack and confirm the GovTribe app is still installed.
  • Confirm the channel shown on the Integrations page is the channel your team expects.
  • Confirm there has been new GovTribe capture activity that should create a Slack notification.
  • Remove and reconnect Slack if the workspace or channel was selected incorrectly.

Do not send Slack credentials, webhook URLs, or private workspace tokens to GovTribe. If support needs to review the connection, send the GovTribe account name, Slack workspace name, connected channel name, and the capture action you expected to appear.
