UNSPSC 45111805: Video editors

UNSPSC 45111805 Video editors, a Commodity code, does not reflect the recent state and local opportunities tagged under it. The three most recent solicitations—for law enforcement equipment (Sourcewell cooperative procurement), graphic design and visual content services (Erie County Medical Center Corporation), and classroom technology integration services (Valencia College District)—involve procurement of physical goods, installation and fabrication services, and systems integration work that fall outside video editing services. No recent state and local opportunities solicited standalone video editing or post-production services under this code.

The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the actual work being bought suggests that either the opportunities were miscoded or the code does not currently drive meaningful activity in state and local procurement. The issuing bodies span a cooperative purchasing vehicle (Sourcewell on behalf of multiple Washington counties and national jurisdictions), a public health corporation in New York, and a Florida community college district—jurisdictions that would plausibly purchase video editing services for marketing, training, or communications purposes—yet none of the posted solicitations target that category of work. Without recent opportunities that align to video editing scope, the code shows no actionable procurement signal for vendors in that service line at this time.
