UNSPSC 44101725: Printer cabinets

UNSPSC 44101725 Printer cabinets, a Commodity code, does not align with the recent state and local procurement activity posted under this code. The five most recent opportunities—ranging from July through October 2026—reflect solicitations for file servers and peripheral equipment (Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, October 2026), Cisco network switches and hardware (Chatham County Sheriff's Office, October 2026), laptop cases (City of Philadelphia, September 2026), a digital fabrication printer system with sign shop equipment (Rhode Island Department of Corrections, August 2026), and information technology services equipment (Jackson Public School District, July 2026). None of these solicitations involve printer cabinets. The code shows little relevant recent activity aligned with its nominal scope.

Issuing bodies across the opportunities span county governments (Gwinnett, Chatham), city procurement (Philadelphia), state departments (Rhode Island DOC), and school districts (Jackson PSD), with Georgia, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Mississippi representing the geographic footprint. The actual purchasing activity under this code tag covers server infrastructure, networking hardware, laptop protection, sign production systems, and general IT equipment—scope that falls outside printer-cabinet specifications and suggests either a data-taxonomy mismatch or dormant procurement under the stated code category.
