The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire Elevator Replacement services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) campus (Stanley Chapel) in Washington, DC, as a small-business set-aside. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service - Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the AFRH, is issuing this Request for Proposal #20342320R00004. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached RFP supporting documents. This RFP is anticipated to result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with potential IDIQ Optional Task/Material CLIN(s).
This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside.
Contractors shall provide pricing for a base period of approximately 9 months (270 days for task completion per the PWS), and in accordance with the attached RFP documents.

Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. 2. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron (27 SOCONS) located in Clovis, New Mexico is seeking information concerning the availablity of capable contractors to provide non-personal services as follows:

Description of Services: The general scope of work covered by the statement of work (SOW), specifications, and drawings consists of providing all engineering, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and effort necessary to renovate the kitchen of the Base Chapel, Building 58, at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, in accordance with the provided SOW, as-built drawings, and specifications. The scope of the work includes a renovation of the Chapel kitchen to increase the overall area. Work includes asbestos abatement as well as the demolition and disposal of the following: existing ceilings, tile, cabinetry, HVAC equipment, and a select non-load bearing wall. Walls shall be patched appropriately and painted, new cabinetry shall be installed, and new ceiling grid and tile shall be installed throughout. The existing flooring in the kitchen shall be demolished and filling in to match the existing. The existing flooring throughout the kitchen and adjacent storage room shall be demolished and replaced with no noticable transitions or seams. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to provide a complete, finished, and functional product meeting the specifications provided.
4. The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and management to perform this requirement at Cannon Air Force Base located in Clovis, New Mexico.

6. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this RFI.
