The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has awarded a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) known as Workforce 3.0 (WF3) to BCG Federal Corp., a subsidiary of Boston Consulting Group. The $955 million WF3 contract aims to leverage innovative processes, methods, and best practices from the private sector to transform DHA's workforce and enable them to deliver world-class technology.

Under the WF3 IDIQ, DHA has issued several firm fixed-price task orders to BCG Federal as the prime contractor. These include a $175 million task order for "Outcome Based Services" in support of the Program Executive Office, a $1 million task order for "DESIGN-TO-OUTCOME 3 NO TRANSITION", a $209.6 million task order for workforce transformation services, and a $225 million task order for managed solutions to operate and transform Workforce 3.0 core capabilities. BCG Federal has engaged multiple subcontractors to provide a range of services in support of these task orders, including clinical informatics, architecture, IT services, program management, and other functional areas. The WF3 contract does not utilize any set-asides and has a period of performance through January 2027.
