"CRITICAL FUNCTIONS" THE COMMON CORE OF DATA (CCD) IS AN NATIONAL CENTER FOR EDUCATION STATISTICS (NCES) PROGRAM THAT ANNUALLY RELEASES FISCAL AND NON-FISCAL DATA FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES (LEAS), AND STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES (SEAS) IN ALL 50 STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THE BUREAU OF INDIAN EDUCATION, THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DEPENDENTS SCHOOLS, PUERTO RICO, AND THE JURISDICTIONS OF AMERICAN SAMOA, THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, GUAM, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS.
