This Human World KG

This Human World KG is a non-profit organization based in Vienna, Austria, registered in the U.S. government's System for Award Management (SAM.gov) since July 2019. The organization primarily operates the International Human Rights Film Festival, an annual event that showcases films addressing human rights issues. While specific details about the organization's full operational scope are not provided, the entity has consistently worked with the U.S. Department of State to promote American cultural and diplomatic interests through film programming.

Through federal grant awards from the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, This Human World KG has received project grants under the Public Diplomacy Programs (CFDA 19.040) to support the presentation of American films at its annual human rights film festival. These grants, ranging from $250,000 to $266,750, have funded the organization's efforts to showcase American films focused on human rights issues during festival events coinciding with International Human Rights Day. The grants, awarded annually from 2020 to 2024, enable This Human World KG to curate and present American cinematic works that explore significant human rights themes, thereby serving as a cultural diplomacy platform to inform and engage foreign audiences in Austria about critical global human rights narratives. The consistent federal funding suggests the organization has successfully demonstrated value in cultural exchange and public diplomacy through its film festival programming.
