This four-year, $4,627,350 project grant from the National Cancer Institute, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, will support the development of PRIMAVO, an interactive web-based visualization tool. Funded under the 21st Century Cures Act Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot initiative, PRIMAVO aims to enable integrated exploration of immune monitoring assay results from cancer immunotherapy clinical trials. Specifically, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai will create cohort-level and participant-level visualizations integrating multiple immune data types, participants, cohorts, and time points. This comprehensive view is intended to facilitate identification of immune biomarkers impacting clinical trial design and cancer care. PRIMAVO will scale with growing data complexity to accelerate understanding of patient immune responses to immunotherapies and the translation of biomarkers from trials to clinical practice. Overall, the tool seeks to benefit the research community by providing easy analysis and interpretation of disparate high-dimensional immune monitoring data.
