About this opportunity

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is issuing a notice of single source procurement for a WebEOC Subscription. WebEOC is a web-based incident management platform, and FDOT is seeking to procure a one-year subscription for 150 users from the sole source provider, ESi Acquisition, Inc., a Juvare Company. The estimated dollar amount for this single source procurement is $48,204.00, and the intended subscription term is from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. FDOT is requesting information from prospective vendors by June 12, 2024 on their ability to provide the required commodities and services. The quote provided by Juvare, LLC outlines the specific WebEOC subscription and bundled services to be procured, including SaaS components for Board Data Manager, Dashboard, Maps Add-On, Single Sign-On, User Importer, DesignStudio, and Premium Board Subscription. Any terms and conditions included in a purchase order that attempt to modify the master agreement between FDOT and Juvare will not be effective unless signed in a written amendment.

This is a single source procurement, and FDOT has determined that WebEOC is only available from Juvare, LLC. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The current incumbent for the WebEOC solution is Juvare, LLC, and the procurement requires integration with the existing WebEOC platform. The budget range for this procurement is $48,204.00.
