About this opportunity
Granite School District is soliciting bids on warehouse office and art supplies under IFB AL27-005, with bids due September 18, 2026 and the procurement anticipated to result in multiple awards by line item.
The scope encompasses approximately 80 line items of office and art supplies — composition notebooks, clipboards, file folders, adhesives, pencils in multiple grades, markers, tape, binders, chalk, crayons, clay, watercolor and poster paints, colored pencils, and charcoal pencils — to be drop-shipped in full cases to Granite School District Central Warehouse at 340 West 3050 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Quantities range from 20 to 3,600 units per line item. Bids must be submitted on the designated LINE ITEMS BID FORM labeled Warehouse 9.10.26 through the Bonfire Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform or in sealed physical form. Most line items allow product alternates (highlighted in blue) only with complete manufacturer documentation and sample submission prior to Q&A closing; several items are marked "NO SUB" and do not permit substitution. Accepted alternatives include Plasti-Tak reusable adhesive or 3M Removable Mounting Putty 860S as substitutes for the specified adhesive product (approved September 15, 2026), and Lakeshore composition notebook, dry-erase board, and clipboard options (approved September 16, 2026).
Pricing must include freight costs with FOB Destination terms, and all per-unit and line-item totals must be rounded to two decimal places. Bids remain binding for 60 days from the due date. The District reserves the right to award to multiple vendors by line item if in its best interest and to reject the lowest bid if it is nonresponsive or fails to provide required items. Vendors with outstanding Utah tax liens are ineligible. Delivery is required within five days of purchase order receipt unless approved otherwise. Contractor shall provide one-year warranty covering conformity to specifications, suitability for ordinary and special purposes, and freedom from defects. The District encourages submission of Energy Star certified products and items made with recycled materials.
