About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply and delivery of an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system. The procurement requires vendors to supply one 100kVA/90kW G9000 Series UPS System with 5th generation IGBTs (~96.5% efficiency), one G9000 80kVA MBS with Output Transformer, one external battery cabinet capable of supplying 10 minutes of run time at 80kW, one TMEIC Network Monitor System, and associated unpacking, startup, commissioning, and network monitor startup services. All equipment must be new, current model year, and cannot be used, rebuilt, refurbished, or demonstration equipment. Delivery must occur within thirty days of contract award to Louis P. Cote, Inc., Attn: NH Dept. of Information Technology, 42 Cote Avenue, Goffstown, NH 03045, on an FOB destination basis, with the state handling electrical installation. Vendors must include all delivery and associated costs in their bid prices with no additional surcharges permitted. The contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest total cost, with all bids remaining valid for 180 days from the bid due date. Key deadlines include questions due by March 26, 2026, the state's response to questions due March 27, 2026, and bid closing at 1:15 PM Eastern Time on April 3, 2026. Vendors must provide a one-year warranty (or manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater) covering all parts, labor, shipping, travel, lodging, and expenses, maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and carry applicable workers' compensation insurance.
The solicitation does not identify any set-aside designations or restrictions limiting responses to specific types of organizations based on disadvantaged enterprise status. Vendors must be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Purchase and Property and comply with all state vendor certification requirements, including registration with the New Hampshire Secretary of State if applicable. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the solicitation. No budget range or award value is explicitly stated in the bid documentation. Payment will be made via ACH within 30 days of invoice receipt or delivery/acceptance, whichever is later. The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves non-exclusive contract rights, meaning it may contract with other vendors for the same services.
