About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is requesting bids for truck and engine replacement parts under RFB 27-27, with bids due August 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and questions due August 27, 2026.
The scope covers 22 line items of engine and turbo components — tubes, gaskets, connecting rods, cylinder kits, injectors, and a cylinder head — specified to Navistar standards and sourced for a single 2016 International 7400 vehicle (VIN 1HTWDSTR5GH112912, Engine Serial # 2U3547311). Quantities range from one to six units per line item. The State will accept aftermarket parts meeting or exceeding OEM specifications. Delivery is to the New Hampshire Department of Transportation Mechanical Services facility at 33 Smokey Bear Boulevard, Concord, NH 03301 within 60 days of purchase order receipt.
This is a one-time purchase order with a single delivery. All bid prices must remain firm throughout the contract period and be quoted in U.S. dollars on an F.O.B. Destination basis, with delivery and all costs included in the bid price. Payment is due 30 days after invoice receipt at the agency business office or after items are delivered, inspected, and accepted, whichever is later, via ACH transfer. The successful vendor must provide a warranty of not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard warranty period, whichever is greater, covering 100 percent of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses.
Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and maintain a completed Vendor Application Package with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to contract award. The State reserves the right to award by item, part, or portion of an item and may retain other contractors for related services. Bid opening will be conducted electronically via Microsoft Teams and is open to the public. The State's response to questions is due August 28, 2026.
