Bidders must provide minimum three construction contract references spanning at least four years and demonstrate four years of active construction industry participation. All funding derives from Queen Anne's County; the contract is exempt from Davis-Bacon Act and federal prevailing wage requirements. Bid opening occurs July 22 at 1:00 PM (hybrid in-person and Microsoft Teams attendance available). A pre-bid meeting and site walk occurred July 9, 2026.
