All proposed sound systems must be controllable via mobile devices like tablets, and vendors must provide firm, fixed discounts from Manufacturer's Suggested List Price across equipment categories including speakers, amplifiers, mixers, and signal processors. (ranked second with 83.6 points), and AnuVision Technologies, Inc. (ranked third with 69.8 points). Church Interiors Audio & Video, Inc. of Winston Salem, North Carolina was ultimately awarded the contract. The contract term runs from December 10, 2025, through December 31, 2026, with options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. Vendors were required to submit labor rates for Lead Sound Technicians and Technician Helpers/Assistants and provide training for newly installed equipment at no additional charge. The procurement allows for rental equipment procurement, with vendors required to obtain quotes from at least three rental companies and select the lowest-cost option. Payment for each project will be made upon successful completion, inspection, and district acceptance. While specific contract value or budget range was not explicitly detailed in the documents, vendors were expected to provide competitive discounts and labor rates across sound system equipment and installation services.
