The scope encompasses 24-hour overnight security monitoring and patrol operations across multiple school district facilities and campuses. Contractors must hold valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License and Federal Employer Identification numbers.
Required submittals include completed bid cost form, offer and acceptance form, debarment certification, vendor registration form with W-9 documentation and conflict-of-interest disclosure, certificate of insurance, non-collusion affidavit (notarized), confidential proprietary submittals declaration, amendment acknowledgment form, and additional materials submittal form if applicable. Past performance evaluation criteria assess contractor experience, client references, quality of work, safety records, and demonstrated capability in overnight security operations for educational institutions.
