There are no MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) or VSBE (Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise) subcontracting goals applicable to this solicitation, and no federal funding is involved in this procurement. The contractor must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 annual aggregate, Errors and Omissions/Professional Liability of $1,000,000 per claim/$2,000,000 annual aggregate, Crime Insurance with $1,000,000 per loss limit, and Workers' Compensation as required by law.
