At least one representative must attend mandatory site visits to view project sites and achieve roof access; questions must be submitted in writing by August 24 at 12:00 p.m.

All policies must carry A.M. Best ratings of "A-" or better. A 5% Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of each Work Order are required. Bids must be submitted on the Construction Manager's Bid Form via email to Austin Letlow at austin@rooftechnologypartners.com, with bids remaining firm for 90 days. Subcontractors must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. The work is active-school roofing requiring after-hours and weekend scheduling with a qualified superintendent on-site at all times. Awards will be determined based on price, subcontractor references, project history, and scope familiarity. An addendum will be issued to site-visit attendees at least 48 hours before bid submission.
