About this opportunity

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing Request for Bid 96-26 for the procurement of one FH-R Road widener attachment with right-hand single discharge, including pintle hitch, push plate, and wireless remote control system. The equipment is specifically designed to be powered by the hydraulics of a John Deere 524P and will include one adapter plate for that vehicle. The deliverable is a single-unit, one-time purchase with no contract renewal options, and the equipment must be delivered within 30 days of purchase order receipt to the New Hampshire Department of Transportation Mechanical Services Bureau in Concord, New Hampshire (Requisition No. 255221). The successful vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering 100% of parts, shipping, labor, travel, and expenses, or the manufacturer's standard warranty period, whichever is greater. All bids must be submitted by March 3, 2026, at 1:30 PM Eastern Time, with vendor questions due by February 24, 2026, and the state's responses provided by February 25, 2026. Contract award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest cost, with pricing stated in US dollars on an F.O.B. Destination basis with all delivery costs included and no additional surcharges or fuel charges permitted.

No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or restrictions on organizational types are detailed in the solicitation. Vendors must be duly registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. All vendors are required to provide Material Safety Data Sheets for products covered under RSA 277-A, and environmentally preferable products meeting performance requirements are encouraged. Payment will be made via ACH 30 days after invoice receipt or delivery, inspection, and acceptance, whichever is later. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may terminate the purchase contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. No incumbent vendor, current contractor, or specific budget range is identified in the solicitation documents.
