Proposals are due on May 20, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for April 29, 2025. The city will evaluate proposals using a 100-point scoring system that considers firm qualifications (25 points), project team qualifications (25 points), approach to scope of work (20 points), previous similar projects and references (25 points), and minority business enterprise participation (5 points).
The procurement is funded through grants from the U.S. Department of Treasury via the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Resilient Florida Program, with a total grant funding amount of $265,052.
