NRPC will award to a single QEP firm or to a team of two or more firms with a designated lead.
The RFP document and full specifications are available on the NRPC website at https://www.nrpcvt.com/services-programs/brownfields/rfps-rfqs/. Contract value, contract term, and evaluation criteria are not stated in the posted notice and appear in the full RFP document only.
