About this opportunity

The Florida Department of Health (FDOH), Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, Bureau of Preparedness and Response, is seeking to procure internet-based incident management software to support emergency response functions. The software must combine six methods of communication, including voice, text, email, alerts, video, and radio, and allow for the secure storage and sharing of files such as photographs, maps, rosters, and other documentation. The software must consolidate all emergency management functions into a single system to expedite response and maintain necessary records for public records and reimbursement purposes. The FDOH is pursuing a single-source acquisition of the ReadyOp Incident Management Software from Cleartronic, Inc. ReadyOp Communications, as it is the only product that meets the agency's specifications. The estimated contract value is $480,000 for a 3-year term.

The FDOH has requested authorization to proceed with this single-source acquisition, and prospective vendors are invited to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or services. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and the FDOH has not indicated the existence of any incumbent vendors or current contractors. The contract opportunity is open to all qualified vendors, and the budget range for the procurement is $480,000 over the 3-year term.
