About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Health (FDOH), Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, Bureau of Preparedness and Response. The FDOH is seeking to purchase internet-based incident management software, user licenses, and scan silos from Cleartronic, Inc. ReadyOp Communications. The software must combine six methods of communication, securely store and share files, and consolidate emergency management functions into one system to expedite response and maintain documentation. The estimated dollar amount is $480,000 for a 3-year term.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that the ReadyOp Incident Management Software is the only product that meets the FDOH's specifications and is only available from Cleartronic, Inc. ReadyOp Communications. The FDOH has requested authorization to purchase the software, licenses, and scan silos as a single source. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or services.
