All work is performed on the Penn West University, California Campus.
The contract is structured as a one-year initial term renewable for up to two additional two-year terms (maximum five-year duration). This is a unit-price work-order contract with no guaranteed minimum value. Individual work orders carry a $100,000 maximum; annual work-order totals may not exceed $500,000 without written Office of the Chancellor approval. Unit prices constitute contractual rates for the first year; subsequent renewal years escalate by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U). Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds are required only for individual work orders exceeding $63,985. No bid security is required or allowed. Bid validity must extend a minimum of 60 days. Bidders must obtain all documents through PennBid at no cost and register free to submit proposals. No pre-bid conference is scheduled.
