Contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance with minimum limits of $1 million to $2 million and name MST as additional insured. The contract includes all materials, equipment, delivery, warranties, installation services on a mutually agreed schedule, and knowledge transfer training. MST will retain five percent from invoices. Public bid opening is scheduled for 2:30 P.M. on November 4, 2026; contract award by MST Board is anticipated December 14, 2026.
