Required qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of documented experience inspecting, maintaining, installing, and repairing industrial, municipal, or state-owned pump stations; demonstrated capability with large municipal stormwater pump stations and electrical motors up to 4,800 volts; Michigan electrical contractor licensure with all electrical work performed by licensed Master Electricians or Journeymen under Master Electrician supervision; and maintenance of comprehensive insurance coverage including general liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability of $3,000,000 per occurrence. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewal periods, with an anticipated commencement date of May 14, 2026.
