The Department will provide existing plans, existing signal timings, turning movement counts, and signal detail sheets to support the consultant's work. Compensation is structured as a lump sum amount for all approved traffic modeling, signal timing plans, signal timing implementation, diversion monitoring, adjustments, and required documentation, with future amendments available on a cost-plus basis at specified hourly rates plus an approved overhead percentage or fixed fees negotiated between the parties.
