About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking to procure Map Production and Advertisement Services for the Official Florida Transportation Map through a single-source procurement. The services include the production and advertisement of the map, which is a statewide initiative to promote Florida travel and tourism while also supporting the Target Zero campaign to reduce transportation-related injuries and deaths. The contract term is for one year, and the estimated dollar amount for the services is $140,969.00. FDOT has determined that Visit Florida has the non-exclusive rights to use the trademark or copyrighted names, marks, or content of the map, making them the sole source for these services.
Prospective vendors have until October 10, 2023, to provide information regarding their ability to supply the requested services. If it is determined that the services are only available from a single source, FDOT will post a notice of its intended decision to enter a single-source purchase contract. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and the current contractor is Visit Florida.
