About this opportunity
Savannah State University (SSU) is issuing an Electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et. Seq.) for Small Printing Services. The procurement seeks to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide printing services incorporating SSU's logos, colors, and branding specifications for Chatham County, Georgia. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four potential renewal options, with annual escalation to be negotiated at renewal periods not to exceed the Producer Price Index for the relevant period. The eRFQ process will gather and evaluate responses from all interested and qualified suppliers, with preliminary results including participating supplier names and evaluation results to be publicly announced following response deadline closure and contract exception resolution. The submission deadline for responses is August 6, 2025, with the opportunity posted as of July 23, 2025.
The eRFQ documentation does not specify set-aside designations, restrictions on organizational types, or preferences for disadvantaged enterprises. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the procurement notice. The documentation does not disclose existing printing infrastructure, technology requirements, or specific integration needs beyond the incorporation of SSU's logos and colors into printed materials. No award values or budget ranges are provided in the available procurement information. Final contract awards will be determined following the evaluation process and the resolution of any applicable protest procedures, with results to be publicly announced thereafter.
