About this opportunity

The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for a micro purchase of an OTIS Projector through its PHLContracts eProcurement platform. This procurement is structured as a micro purchase under $43,000 (adjusted annually by CPI-U), to be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever best serves the City's interests, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors must quote all items listed in order to be eligible for award consideration. All quotes must be submitted electronically through PHLContracts.phila.gov by the deadline of May 14, 2026, with the posted date of May 6, 2026 providing an eight-day bidding window. Pricing must be quoted on a net basis exclusive of all taxes, with delivery on an FOB Destination Point basis. The contract term will commence on the effective date and automatically terminate 365 days thereafter. Award decisions will be made within 60 days of the submission date, and all quoted prices and terms remain valid for 60 days from submission or throughout the contract term.

Vendors responding to this opportunity must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing, either by attaching a scanned copy to their vendor profile at registration or by including it as an attachment with their first submitted quote. While completion of the LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form is voluntary, it serves the City's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by identifying companies beneficially owned and controlled by Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) persons and facilitating inclusion of LGBTQ-certified businesses into the City's vendor database. Vendors may hold additional third-party certifications such as those from the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council (ESMDC), Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PAUCP), Disability:IN, or Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). All sellers must maintain specified insurance coverage including workers' compensation at statutory limits, general liability of $500,000 per occurrence, and automobile liability of $300,000 per occurrence, with the City named as additional insured. Sellers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Philadelphia tax requirements and nondiscrimination provisions, and must certify that neither they nor their parent or subsidiary companies are indebted to the City for delinquent taxes or other obligations.
