A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via Google Meet. All submitted bids must remain valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following submission.
This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve, limiting award eligibility exclusively to certified small businesses as defined under Maryland State Finance and Procurement Article 14-501 through 14-505, and bidders must be registered with eMaryland Marketplace (eMMA) and the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) to be considered for award.
