Proposal documents are available from the project architect, Cunningham Forehand Matthews & Moore Architects, Inc., for $250.00 per hard copy set or $50.00 for electronic access.
The Oconee County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities and informalities, with the contract to be awarded to the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the district based on evaluation factors, subject to Board approval. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to five percent of the proposal price, with the surety company required to be licensed in Georgia and listed in the Department of the Treasury Circular 570 with a minimum A.M.
