Work is located from station R1+12.40 to R2+65.00 on Oak Summit Road, extending from the intersection of Oak Summit Road and Camby Road north for 300 feet.

In-water work is restricted to May 1 through September 30 to protect Sprout Creek, a Class C(T) trout stream. Contractors must comply with environmental protections for Indiana bats, northern long-eared bats, and tricolored bats, with tree cutting restricted to October 31 through March 31 and required bridge/structure bat assessment within two years of work commencement.
Substantial completion is scheduled for September 3, 2027. The Town of Washington reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five days after receipt before awarding the contract. Bidders must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor prior to submission and obtain CCA-2 vendor approval before contract award. A 5% bid security and performance, payment, and guaranteed bonds for 100% of the accepted bid amount are required. Prevailing wage rates and equal employment opportunity goals of 6.4% minority employment and 6.9% women employment apply.
