The successful proposer must invest a minimum of $500 per square foot for concession space improvements and meet specific operational standards.
The contract includes a significant Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) participation goal of 25% of total anticipated concession revenues, encouraging diversity in business participation. The concession agreement mandates specific operational standards, including displaying menu items at reasonable prices, maintaining first-class facilities, and operating during airport operating hours.
