The City intends to award the contract in its entirety to a single contractor with an initial term commencing October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with options for four additional one-year renewal periods if mutually agreed upon in writing. The City has allocated a budget of $130,000 for Fiscal Year 2027, with an anticipated increase beginning in Fiscal Year 2028 to support the addition of trail extensions, and pricing must remain firm for the entire agreement period with no price increases permitted, with all costs including labor, materials, equipment, insurance, overhead, profit, travel time, and mileage included in the quoted price.
